HAIR MAINTENCE: WASH & HEAT

Wash with sulfate-free shampoo before installing. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb and moisturize with a lightweight leave-in. Shampoo biweekly and co-wash if needed for lasting softness.

Heat: Always use a heat protectant. Though our hair withstands up to 400°F, use lower temperatures to maintain shine and strength. If you wouldn’t do it to your natural hair, don’t it to your extensions

HAIR ROUTINE & SCALP CARE

Night Routine
Wrap your bundles around your head (doobie method) or use pins/rollers to keep it smooth overnight. Then use a satin scarf or bonnet to reduce friction. You can also sleep on a silk pillowcase for extra protection.

Moisture & Scalp Care
Use lightweight oils like bio silk or virgin tea tree oil to keep your scalp hydrated.

Where does SOREL hair come from? 
SOREL hair is 100% raw Vietnamese, sourced directly from donors and never mixed or processed. Each bundle is hand-selected for its natural shine and thickness. We believe in transparency, quality, and authenticity, so what you see is what you get: soft, versatile hair that lasts with proper care.

How many bundles per install? 
Based on your install's length:
12" to 14" - 2 bundles
16" to 20"- 3 bundles
22" and up - 3 to 4 bundles ( remember 4 bundles = 400g of hair) 

Coloring & Styling

Yes, SOREL Hair Extension should be "chemically processed" by a State Licensed Cosmetologist ONLY. 

Dyeing Tip: If you're allergic to PPD, I recommend Olia. After dyeing, restore moisture using the Pantene Oil Blend System.
Styling Tip:
Best way to define curly bundles after coloring:

  • For shine: The Doux Foam
  • For soft, less shiny curls: use Miss Jessie's Pillow

Preorders & Restocks

Where is my pre order? 
All Orders containing any "Pre-Order" items) are processed and fulfilled within approximately 10-15 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) of order placement You will receive a shipment confirmation email at the full completion of your order's processing.

When does the restock go live?
Restocks go live @ 3PM CST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day. After 2 PM order ship the next business day.

Do notifications give early access to shop?
No, notifications are just alerts that hair is restocking

Delivery Expectations

How long does it take to receive my hair after ordering?
For in-stock items, All completed orders are processed within approximately 3- 5 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) of order placement if you’re in the US. If you're international, it may take a bit longer depending on your location.

Tracking: 
You'll automatically receive a tracking link once an order completes processing and is preparing for dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed.

Can't Locate Order

What if I can't locate my "delivered" order?
Please contact our shipping provider for assistance with a mail search.

If further assistance is needed, please email our customer support. Customers must initiate all "order" investigations with our customer support within 30 days of your order's dispatch date.

Can I return my order?
